We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
Vice3D provides a limited 1-year warranty on 3D printed parts from the original delivery date.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including abnormal cracking, structural failure, or major print defects that affect normal training use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse, modification, improper storage, drops, impacts, excessive heat, prolonged UV exposure, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Vice3D products are intended for training use only and are not designed for climbing, suspension, or life-safety applications.
